  I was satisfied a little... 1:- they have good place to live and nearby pakistani/indian hotel and grocery market. 2:- their wifi is work good for 12am to 8am(i mean to say in the night).it is a busy hotel so thats why everybody use wifi.so u can understand what can be happend. 3:- their staff behav good to customers. Some of them knows urdu/hindi, Bangali, English aswell. 4:- its a little far aways from haram mosque(1.5km atleast 25 min walk, can be more,depends on ur walking speed) 5:- free shuttle service is good.actually great. U just need to get ready and be in lobby 30min before the azan time. They have only one bus for shuttle that that comes almost every 30-45min. If u manage ur time proper then u would never complain about shuttle... 6:- price of room is good because of the distance and their services.they charge around 80 rial (PKR2500)+ - per night except ramazan. 7:- dont expect they come to change ur bedsheet and clean the room.u have to remind them 2 3 times if necessary. And they also dont give u shampoo and soap..

  Excellent experience from quick check in to polite staff. Mr. Rizwan at the helpdesk was extremely helpful. Peaceful location and on site parking is a plus. Stayed with family. Very neat and facilitated rooms.

  Hotel is good and specifically if you meet with manager named Bashir EGYPTIAN....he will offer you good room with less charges

  It's a good place to stay for Umrah. It has a pick and drop service from and to Alhararm. The only downside is the small parking area and there is a possibility of not finding a parking space for your car.
