::Poor customer service, not enough staff to support customers, overpriced items, and in one instance they charged the card of the lady in front of me twice, and they did the same for me (I had to wait days for a refund). Unacceptable.

::Excellent products and selling team. Price is relatively higher than market. I hope they don't implement the new shop design like khobar. It is very tight and no freedom to move easily between sections.
