  New furnished apartments, new furniture, good service, average internet connection, central AC, close to Carrefour and Ghornata mall. Small bathrooms and bad smell often coming from the plumbing. Bed is too hard for a comfortable night sleep. Ask for 2 key cards in the reception to keep the AC on while out.

  Pro: Good clean rooms New furniture Spacious enough - except the toilet Fridge and kettle Good service Close to Granada mall and Carrefour Central AC and good cooling Con: Small toilet, no separation between shower and toilet Bad smell from the pipes on occasions By the time of writing this review the restaurant was still not open yet. But they do have a coffee shop in the lobby where I see lots of locals hangout. As far as local hotels / furnished apartments go in Riyadh, this is one of the best I ve seen.
