  Extremely hostile men at reception. The worst hotel I stayed in Mecca during 4 years. No proper staff for any work. No amenities offered. Avoid it at all costs, unless not a single hotel left in Mecca. All claims on the website are false. Also far from Harem shareef. The only people writing good reviews are the ones linked to the reception men. I request the hotel management to completely replace the people who are standing at reception (all are from Bangladesh) and bring some decent people to take up this job.
