  Small rooms, very simple breakfast but cheap

  Rooms are small with old and broken furniture. Linen was not clean and they were replaced upon request. The golf car service driver is very rude so don't depend on this to go to Haram. Use the stairs. They were ok for me and the kids but I saw older people suffering. Also forget parking and wifi. None of them available. The hotel accepts cash only!!!!! Make this hotel your last choice. It was Good for one day umrah in the last 10 nights in Ramadan since hotels prices go crazy during this period. It's close to Haram and the Iftar buffet was good.

  No wifi for 2 days, AC not functioning properly, which can happen but whats important is how soon can they fix. We spoke them at 10 in the night, and he says it will be fixed in the morning. No answer on how do we manage to sleep in the night. Would never advise

  Worthless......... The only good thing is that it is near to HARAM It is hard to climb to hotel hight specially with family and small children. There is a small car for pick & drop service but Arab drivers only prefer Arab nationals to give a ride to hotel. Bath rooms are worthless with no space for shower No wifi in rooms and room service also worthless

  I loved this hotel. Would definitely recommend it. It is difficult to reach there are a flight of stairs to climb. But the atmosphere of the hotel makes up for that. Would definitely stay here again.
