  Worst service ever. Maeshal and the security guy Ahmad Huzali treated us like animals. They left us at the reception waiting there for hours during Ramadan after performing umrah and not having slept for a very long time. Worst people ever. Don't book here!

  Nice and clean budget hotel,staff is to much cooperative, their supervisor is taking care of guests nicely. Not far from Haram, only 10 minute walk to Haram ajyad gate/king Abdul Aziz gate. Tnks alaseel ajyad for good services.

  Room is very very small and I asked to change it, but the recepcianest said all rooms with same size, the way from this hotel to haram is not good for elderly and children although they provide golf car service from hotel to the main street, but not available at all time only for 15 minbefore athan and the after prayer finish

  Great value for money. The room equipped with kitchen stuff. Location is about 15 minutes walking to Al haram also they have shuttle to transport to/from haram before/after each prayer (i didn't try it honestly) The AC was noisy and room was small. Overall it was pleasant stay and good value for money.
