  Being the only dealer of Ford and Lincoln vehicles, and having a management team that run the show from behind the curtains with no involvement on the ground, you should expect a treatment as one of many clients which is sometimes good but not always. This dealer used to be excellent back in 2001 and up to 2003, then they started declining, then again in the last two years things started improving again. I owned two Ford vehicles and my father also own a Lincoln based on my recommendation, but our next car is likely not going to be one from this dealer as the level of interaction and service is not at the level we experienced before.

  Great staff and good services. They provide nice waiting area, hot drinks and free WiFi. The work start from 7.30 am to 5.00 pm from Saturday to Thursday. Friday is off.
