  Nice location ,close to Haram , good service, nice behavior of the staff, parking lot is mere luck, if available u will get otherwise HV to park vehicle outside somewhere. Anyhow had a very nice stay Alhamdulillah.

  room houskeeping excited nice management I want to mark verygood, a peaceful city & this hotel is really nice,peaceful, familiar & total management friendly & polite behaves. ALWAYS I RECOMMEND TO EVERY PILGRIM TO STAY HERE & GET A NICE ENVIRONMENT.   Mukhtara is even better competitively 3 star hotels in markazia Madinah, prices are OK staff service is v good

  Basic 3 star. Rooms are ok, lots of lifts but still busy. WiFi in lobby only and absolutely terrible. About 5min walk to Masjid Nabwi (pbuh)

  Rooms are reasonable. But you have to find the right one. Service is done when you ask. Water and bath supplies are in abundance. There are 8 lifts each for 14 persons but still insufficient in rush hours. Receptionists speak English-language but doesn't look in the beginning. Dont expect too much and focus on why you have come herr
