  هذا ادارة مصرف الراجحي النسائيه اللي تبي وضايف تنشب لهم في الدور الثاني تدخل مع السيب اللي اول العماره قبل الصرافه والله يوفق الجميع ولا تنسوني من دعاكم

  If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely disapppointed by this bank branch, their services and the help (or lack of rather) by their employees. They charged me for a new card which I did not request but they gave me due to a problem THEY did not see - they had my wrong number on the system which I confirmed with the lady working there 3 times! Worst experience I've ever had. It took almost 3 months to set up a recipient for transfers and by the end of it all - I couldn't even transfer. It's absolutely pointless having an account if you can't access simple services like transfer money! Also had issues with online banking and mobile banking, when I told the lady this she responded - yes many customers they have the same problem. Well that's helpful isn't it! I closed my account.
