  I recently stayed in this hotel during second half September. Rooms were very small wherein 3 beds were stuffed leaving no space for keeping our luggage etc. Housekeeping was very poor. The commode in my room was not working. I made a couple of complaints but nobody came to rectify the problem. Only one key was given to three people staying in the hotel which caused serious problems to the other two. No alternative key was available. Lifts were very small and only few people could go at one time. Many a times, we had to go to Masjid-e-Nawabi from our 12th floor via stairs. The only plus point was that it was very near to Masjid-e-Nabawi.

  Lifts are not the best. overall convenient to stay. 1 min distance to masjid e nababi.

  Yes this hotel is situated in what is known as the central area of Medina , apart from standard restaurant and helpful staff rooms are airy and strong air conditioning makes it a comfortable place to stay, tariff is not fixed negotiate give the best price over the counter
