  تعامل ممتاز في الاستقبال. مواعيد ممتازة الاطباء ممتازيين.ولايوجد تعطيل اثناء المراجعة او الطوارئ

  Talking about the dermatology and laser clinics; Their work is fast and acceptable, their promotions are amazing👍🏼, and their prices are the best 👍🏼 The only negative thing is the place, may be they still do some modifications when I went first time.

  عدم الاهتمام بالمراجع او اوقات المواعيد ، حجزت موعد الساعة ٥ م وانتظرت إلى ٥.٤٥م وما دخلت على الدكتور . ويوم سألت قالوا عنده مريض . رجعت للإستقبال واسترجعت قيمة العلاج ومشيت ، اللي بياخذ موعد يحسب حساب الوقت ويفضي نفسه .

  Very poor customer service, the clinic manager refuses to communicate with customers as if he/she is very important to the point where they let the operator makes decisions!!! I have asked for an exception to have my son do a laser session outside the regular schedule since he's travelling the next day, I surely don't want to break the rules and my request may be refused, which is totally fine!! but the way the clinic ignored my request and the manager didn't bother to talk to me and let a rude girl refuses my request over the phone. This was extremely unprofessional!!!
