  We had an excellent experience with the care and help of Ms. Rahaf Bagabas . She was truly helpful , quick and knowledgeable. I congratulate Alrugaib for having her on their team. Keeping in mind that I had a zero star experience four months ago where I had to run after the employee to get the information needed .
