  Specifically asked for a 900-riyal piece of wool clothing to be dry cleaned. Guess what? They washed it with regularly with water and now it's a size smaller with wool coming out everywhere. Another time I gave them a jacket to be dry cleaned also, came back with the zipper broken. And, on a final note, the quality of their ironing is something similar to what a 4-year-old would be able to accomplish
