  It was a good and very convenient experience. Even though it's not that close to haram but their services makes the whole lot differerence. There shuttle service was really good then there parking service , no tension of parking your car in a parking lot first then going to a hotel, they have their own parking area assigned to each room. The food emnmm is if you want to just fill your stomach and be thankful. Over all a good experience.

  Right now I am staying in this hotel. I believe this is the worst hotel you will see. There bus service aweful, most of hotels bus available in front Haram Sharif but there bus not available, after telling no of times they couldn't send one room service in last 3 days, they never clean room and toilet, reception is totally worthless, he doesn't understand English properly, not serious and professional at all, just they are passing time and gossiping, they do not have any laundry service, one intercom is available in room but out of order and so on.......two good things one is there WiFi and another lift.

  Everything is ok services are good shuttle service is avalible from hotel to haram and vice versa but there is no housekeeping why ?

  Nice hotel, location is convenient enough. Harem shuttle is the most satisfactory thing..hotel facilities are average.Free Wi-Fi strength and speed both are poor. Cleanliness could be better.

  This Place is chic and comfortable. ✔️ - Mostly I find all required services here, - Two Floors Parking, Transportation from & to Masjid Al-Haram, Baby & Child Beds. ❌ - Room Service no. busy most of the time. - Hallway Cleaning_ Trash was fully for long time without emptying. Smell outside was bad.
