  Near Haram Shareef, rooms are good, room facilities are great, staff is ok, has a Turkish buffet restaurant too, good food nearby. Very pleasant to stay. There is just one drawback- it is located on a steep slope. So not suitable for old people- as the road leading to the hotel itself is very steep.

  Good place with great customer service. I had little problem when I checked in but I talked to the manager. He is good guy and he sorted it out right away. Whatever toileterries I asked for, they gave it straight away. Suttle service was good as you get dropped off to the bottom of the hill. Overall brilliant place to stay because it was clean and tidy throughout our stay.
