  I came to pick a shipment. Receptionists were chatting with each other for long time letting us wait. The workers at the store side were not helpful! Bad experience!

  They’ve quick service and give details about when your item will get delivered. Not to forget that they’re open uptil 10pm.

  My shipment was delivered on time and it shows in their website. However, they did not place my number correctly so they were not able to contact me even though the sender placed my number correct. They modified their strategy of serving customers which is much better than the old but the place needs renovation.

  It's ok. The place is usually busy. Better to go in the morning hours. I usually prefer to collect shipments from this branch rather than have it delivered to me. The token numbers are not in order as this is prioritised as per the shipping numbers, so you may find someone arriving later than you get earlier to the counter. However I have not waited for more than 20 minutes yet. Also the desk staff wished me pleasantly and I was taken aback by it. Overall good service at this branch. Prices are high though for even sending a small letter.

  Aramex was one of the best company across the region however,,, They need to reduce there prices as its really hight compare to Others where they charge you on the size and not always on the wright. Apart from that, There system is really smart and fast. Well done!
