::I have Jetta 2013, I had an issue with VW Jeddah, last 3 months ago i switched the engine on then after start running the engine will shutdown, happened with me like once in a week, then i called call centre for getting appointment for KM maintenance, i explain to them my issue, they checked the vehicle then they advised me to change a small valve SR 260 after they told me maybe will not solve the issue but we don't want to change many things will cost you more, i took the vehicle in the same day happened with 2 times, i returned back my vehicle to VW maintenance centre, they told me that will check fuel tank and analyse it, next day they called to visit the centre, we found that very low quality fuel have been found in my fuel tank, so the fuel pump is damaged, In VW maintenance centre helped me to cover it up under warranty and they change the fuel pump system under warranty. Very helpful team.

::Service quality is not bad. However, expect to be left waiting even if you have an appointment. Punctuality is not their strong suit. Service is also not comprehensive, something tends to always left out, can't really trust them and be sure that I will be taken care of. I've been left waiting 10-30 minutes, in addition to requesting a car home and being told at that there are no drivers available. This is for a trip that was booked 3 days in advance. Love my Audi, the car is great. Service however is not their strong suit. Both Toyota and Infinity provided more comprehensive competent care.

::Nice customer service...Staff are welcoming..For prices..German cars are expensive but durability is long...So parts lifetime worth the money. I love my roc 😁
