  will never recommend this hotel. they cheat on us during booking that they have their bus service to Grand Mosque Haram but when we reacg, it wasn't there because of some maintenance. too far from Grand Mosque. will never recommend. this saudi guy in reception don't know how to talk with the guest. he was rude as if he don't care for anything at all. very bad experience. its better to live on road than living in this hotel.
