  SUBJECT: REGARDING NOTICE OF JAN/21/2018 Dear School Management and Teachers: I am writing this, as I do not agree with certain things mention in the notice, which was hand out on Jan 21, 2018. Although I AGREE that discipline and punctuality is extremely important, and student’s success in academics depends on it, but it is not necessary that the success of their life depend solely disciple. A student’s success in life depends on their upbringing in home and school, their success depends on how the teachers inspire them in the class beyond the books, their success depends of the morality and ethics taught to them in the class. As you have said that the student coming late to school will be send home on the fourth occurrence, but it is very highly important that you do not ignore the fact that most student and children depend on the parent or driver to drive them to the school on time and it is not fair to punish the kids for something thing that is not at all in their fault. By punishing kids for mistake that happened unintentionally and in no way on their own faults, teaches the kids that the school system is unfair. In addition, as time goes on the kids will only fear but not respect the school system. Children are little beings that lives in an imaginary land filed with dreams; it is their unalienable right to live a life like that. While it is our responsibility is to encourage them, support them and guide them to full fill their dreams. Those children will soon grow up and become adult, they will have a tough life ahead of them to face but they only had very limited time to enjoy as a kid. I kindly request you to reconsider how you punish student for silly things like uniform or late arrival, as those often happens due to circumstance beyond their control, and student does not deserve to punish for situation created against them by parent or driver. I would advise that you call the parent to school and shame them in front of others for not being able to get their kids in school on time or for not maintaining the cleanliness of the student’s uniform. Students cannot be punished for failed parenting. Not letting students attend classes for uniform or late arrival is a behavior from the ages of ignorance. I recommend the school management and the teacher to read literature on children’s and school student psychology. I really hope that you will take this letter as a positive guidance. Students goes to school for learning, and their learning depend on the conducts of teacher and the administrative personals of the school. Children and young adult are usually out of control, ill mannered, and misbehaved but this the difference between mature adult and children. If the kid were, mature and understanding than we would not need to send them to school as they could have studied directly reading from textbook. It is failure of a teacher to punish a student, success of a teacher is when student love and obey the teacher. Please maintain a friendly and a loving environment for the children in the school.   Its a great school for your child. Its cheap. It follows the cambride curriculm and theexam paper comes from thebritish council.
