  All the times I have had the displeasure of transacting with this bank were absolutely terrible wastes of time. I have been an account holder for 6 years and they have never, not once, given good service. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. The staff in the women's section are the slowest bunch of people I have ever met, more concerned with getting their tea from their tea girl than with actually working. Their iqama update system is the most outdated I have ever seen: Just this simple transaction will take up to an hour or more. Even just getting a replacement ATM card will take up to one hour. They are supposed to be open by 9:30 but they are so slow that we are often made to wait, out in the sun and without any shade, until 9:45 before the guard would let us in. They will even go so far as to refuse to assist you because, and I quote the bank staff "we already have 12 customers, too much". They actually have the nerve to ask you to come back the next day because they are "overwhelmed" by their 12 customers.  The worst service ever! Even their online inquiry system is idiotic - if you ask them anything, even the simplest question, a reply will come asking you to visit their nearest branch. Begging the question, what is the point of the email system if they will just tell you to go to the bank anyway?  And their call center! I was on hold for half an hour, then a guy answered and told me he could not speak English. He dropped the call on me twice. In summary, their bank personnel, their online personnel and their call center personnel are ALL USELESS. I have only stayed with this bank because I have no choice as this is our payroll bank. If you have a choice, find another bank. This bank and its terribly inept staff will drive you crazy.
