  This is honestly by far the worst moving company I have ever seen in Saudi. I know other cheap companies that helped me move my families furniture who were not very experienced but finished everything quickly and did not ask for any tip or complain. Beck and Pack came at 9:00 AM and did not know what to do first. They began wrapping some things and move other things. They said they are professionals. However, they did come with the plans, and were not very organized. They took two long breaks and they went back to work. They did not know how to wrap all the furniture, and did not know how to carry the furniture and boxes. They dropped our treadmill and broke the bottom of it. They scratched some of our couches. They only brought ten men, and none had any brains. In the end, they did not take all the furniture in the house. They also did not assemble our beds and curtains. They left a few back at our two-floor apartment. They also left their mess and some of their equipment. We paid 3,900 after they said that they have to leave and we are not going to finish the rest tomorrow. We tried explaining to them that their work was terrible but of course they would argue back. I give this warning to everyone, don't go to Beck and Pack if you expensive furniture, and care for your stuff. They don't provide any insurance for whatever damages. If they were professionals, they would be smart, have all the equipment, and be reasonable with their customers. Again, STAY AWAY FROM THEM! I would rather give them 0 stars if I could.
