  They closed the branch without informing the customers. I need to find another branch to return the car and this will ruin my plans for tonight.

  خدمتهم سيئة جداً يقولون كلام بالتلفون واذا جيت ع المكتب يتغير او ما تحصل الشخص اللي اتفقت معه لا انصح به للشركات والعقود

  This group is shifty and untrustworthy...everyone in our company has had difficulty with them...they charge for damages without discussing what they are charging for...and for scratches that don't exist. Furthermore, and this is the CATCH...they have an illegal scheme to attempt to bill traffic tickets to your vehicle THAT ARE NOT YOURS, OR HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID...I lost my temper with them because I paid a 500 SAR fine for a traffic incident over 900 Km away from my location ! ! ! I had to pay it or I couldn't travel...No one in my company has had an incident free close out with them...at present I will be closing out this month, and they are attempting to bill me for 3 tickets that I've paid for...I told them that they are NOT the MOI, and that the MOI has electronic means to notify me of all tickets...the MOI is VERY EASY TO PAY... So BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY...UNTRUSTWORTHY AND REQUIRES YOUR OWN COMPANY-PROVIDED ARABIC SPEAKING NEGOTIATORS TO GET THROUGH THE NONSENSE... NO ONLINE BILLING, SHADY CLOSEOUTS...KEEP ALL OF YOUR RECEIPTS, HAVE AN ARABIC SPEAKING NEGOTIATOR IF WORKING WITH THIS GROUP.
