  Great chain but poor house keeping. Reception and restaurant is good. Not advisable for family. Only for medium level executives who stay for extended stays nearby office.

  Rather inconsistent level of service but it is getting better over time. Compared to last year I noticed positive difference in staff professionalism and they became more responsive and friendly. Some progress still should be done to meet 4 star status though.
