  Completely disorganised and incapable of providing a joined-up service. Lost paperwork, forgotten tests and wrong treatment in a tatty and dirty environment. The patient is forgotten about after every appointment. Your blood pressure will rise if you try to get treatment from Consulting Clinics.

  Good doctors work here, but this place is so lagging behind in technology. Medical instruments are so old, and the building really needs renovation.

  Getting an advance telephonic appointment is impossible, as they never answer the phone! It might be easier to go in as walk-in patient. The main reception staff on the Ground floor lack basic customer service skills and don't say much... and your basically standing there wondering if they even understood what you said..however, I visited paediatric dept. and the female doctor was good, service was quick and reception on that level efficient. I would recommend this clinic - just be prepared for some hassle with booking appointments.
