  Tiny rooms, terrible manners during the check in if in the morning shift, you have to ask the room service 1000 times for any thing you want, the "clean my room card" was here for 24 hours and nobody cleaned it. Dimmy lights in the room so be sure to choose a sunny room or you'll stay in the dark The two stars are for the location... and only for the location if you are here to visit the haram. Hope they will be better next time as we used to see from IHG

  Excellent hotel, excellent breakfast, v.good location, clean, rooms in the uper floor noisy because of the air-condition equipments.

  A luxury hotel that is close to the prophets mosque, with easy access from gate 1. The hotel is clean and provides good sized rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

  Very close to haram. Shuttles available for women. Breakfast very wide range of variety and tasty. Tidy clean rooms and bathrooms. Rooms not so big but this is all what you need.

  Fantastic hotel. 3 mintues walking distance from the holy mosque of Madinah. Staff are welcoming and hospitable. Perfect customer service. Nicely designed lobby, spacious and clean rooms, clean bathrooms. The breakfast is rich and contains lots of varieties. Everything is tasty and nutritious. I have tried lots of hotels in Medina and I can honestly say that it is one of the best!
