  Very bad hotel in the Makkah...... It’s my humble request that don’t stay in this hotel ever. If you want waste your money or you have extra money so you can spend here. It’s will be better give any other poor person.

  Average hotel. No soap, only shampoo and shower gel (THAT TOO ONLY ONE TIME, YOU HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET MORE) and hand liquid SOAP. Towels provided, Blankets dirty, no regular house keeping. Split AC but they don't provide AC remote. Internet is slow and only around reception in ground floor. Car parking is an issue, hotel doesn't have at all, you need to find in streets, if available which is 300mtr away approx. Paid parking will start soon at raw with all hotels in line. Opposite to hotel from under bridge, SEPTCO bus station available (Haram 2 SAR). Hotel has bus but not enough . And hotel bus is from that same place of SEPTCO.

  Good place to board in if you are looking for Umrah trip...near to haram makkah tul mukarramah ...SAPTCO busses available for free up and down to HARAM

  Not clean enough, you can see bugs and insects moving all around. No service room, no cleaning tools Poor location

  Room 2617: The toilet seats are not installed properly that it keeps moving left and right. The teapoy has a short leg. Shower was leaking at the joints. Shutoff works only at certain angles. You may want to bring along some dettol and bath cleaner for a peace of mind. Garbage is not collected outside your room, its throw it yourself. Reception area is good with many shops and free wifi.
