  Residential complex with good population of Saudis, Indians, Bangladeshis, Pakistanis, Africans and other nationals. Apartment condition vary from 1 to 10. Generally, the apartments are airy and have enlightened. Each has 3 rooms, 3 restrooms, 1 lounge, 1 dinning, 1 drawing (majlis). Voltage supply is mostly 110 Volts however, 220 Volts is available in each room in AC sockets. Outdoors cleanliness is average. Green lawns in average to good condition. Parking is enough. Jogging track is not available in Iskan Park. Baqala (Grocery stores) are available within the complex or very close on Fatema Al Zahra St. Food restaurants with delivery options, pharmacies, electricians, plumbing, ATM, Bakery, vegetables, fruits, clothing, and almost all services are available on Fatema Al Zahra St. and few steps away from these buildings.
