  للأمانة ذهبت لاستخراج ورقة اصلاح سيارتي لرش الصدام الامامي بسبب الغبار - وتم خدمتي بشكل سريع رغم الازدحام - مع شكري وتقديري للموظف / السبيعي في الحاسب الالي على تفانيه في العمل .

  للاسف قسم الحاسب الالي لم يفتح الباب الا الساعه 8:15 وموظف تسليم لوحات السيارات اسلوبه سيء جدا بالاخص مع كبار السن

  سيئين ولا يوجد آليات واضحة ، راجعت عندهم عشان حادث للأسف لايوجد احترافية للأسف ، يعني اذا الموظف اللي عند الباب ماله نفس رح يصرف زي السلام عليكم

  Hello all, I have got a violation msg for my personal car on 15-08-17 for violation dated on 16-08-17. Violation location is Riyadh. Violation is for No Seat Belt. I work in Dammam and use car given by my company. I have neather been to Riyadh in past 7-8 months nor used my personal car to go anywhere outside Dammam and that car has been parked near Talal Street for almost 6-7 months and I have taken it for air fill once a month to the nearest fuel station only. I showed them the car condition full of dust and that it can be verified by the camera on Talal street as that car is near the signal and in the camera range. It can also be verified from my office as I have been present here all those days. But while meeting the staff there they showed me a hand written violation with no pictures and told me that I was in Riyadh. After further more arguments a staff asked me to come after Eid vacations to meet the manager and he can cancel it if he feels so. The question is, I made my point clear and it is now the department's turn to investigate and sort it out. I request traffic incharge to please look into the matter. Now it is SR150. It will be anything if someone is using my number on his plate. How can two different cars have the same number, color and model, this needs to be verified. Please act. Willing to revisit tomorrow again.
