::Wednesday, I received text from DHL said that "Dear Customer , your shipment # xxxxxxxxx, is available at DHL QATIF SERVICE POINT Office Timings Sun a Thu 09:00-17:00 Sat 09:00-14:00 Fri Closed. Kindly note shipment will be returned back after 48 hour." so I went there on Thursday. I showed the text to staff Right away, he said "your shipment is not here it's in Dhahran warehouse". so I called the DHL customer service. They did not give solid answer. I asked for home delivery so they delivered to my home at 5:30 same day. guess who rode next to delivery. it was same guy who work in DHL Qatif office. I told him "you were in the office". Then, He was beginning to choke up as he talked when the delivery said that my shipment was in the office".
