  Will not visit again, the menu was dirty , the place does not encourage you to visit again, waitress were ok, coffee was not strong enough, prices were a little high.

  المكان جميل ولكن يعيبها ان الاكل والمشروبات شبه بارده ما ادري ليه ما يكون حار لكن طعم لذيذ وانصحكم بزياره فروعهم غير فرع هذا بسبب الاكلهم والمشروبات تكون شبه بارده

  I think it was very very crowded and also tasted delicious but they do need to work on organizing the place overall it’s not bad but it can be better I’m sure of it. I ordered a crepe with marshmallows but they didn’t have any marshmallows. As a customer I expect there to be so many choices to make but they only had plan crepe with chocolate.

  The service and staff was the worse experience I have had. The manager had attitude, the staff don’t pay attention. They lied to us about our seating. The staff also ignore and confront you if you complain. The coffee burner was only lit because we asked , and that was done with attitude. The coffee pot was placed on the table with no cups. Desserts were brought without cutlery. We had to ask , and he took his sweet time. The pricing is very high for a place with sub standard chocolate. Overall one of the worse services ever. The staff need changing or they should shut the place down. In time people will stop coming. Never again. Save yourself stress and don’t go ! There are other places that are much better.

  Good chocolate place try the fetochini chocolate and ask for the mix of white and milk chocolat. Don't forget to get water. I wish they served local water instead of charging 6 Sar for a small bottle of imported water. Cozy place to visit. Go with your cherished friends
