  Good doctors and nursing staff. The external doctors that work at the hospital are great but are not covered by insurance. The lost points are for extremely rude discharge staff. They didn’t answer when I asked for clarification about the bill and what’s not covered by insurance. Also the check in process was not great and very confusing. Finally, they asked my wife to not eat 8 hours before the surgery (7 am) but she was only admitted at 2 pm. Disrespectful to patients time.

  it’s too crowded around the hospital that you might find it too difficult to have parking space. expensive with same ordinary services. Too much documentation will waste your valuable time. Plan to take an off to visit this hospital. Dental clinic doctor will ask you visit twice thrice and they will do nothing in first visit and do only consulting.

  I have ten years experience with this hospital. Honestly it's better than most of the hospitals in Jeddah. One more thing: Just try to get appointment, if you try to walk-in, you might wait hours.

  A Well run hospital. The building is a little old and the neighbourhood is very busy. But you get extremely good medical attention here. The hospital provides food for patients and if the patient is a child, also for the carer. The Doctors are very polite and very detailed in their checks and explanations. Doctors carry out their rounds several times a day and you can ask them anything. I couldn’t speak Arabic and yet the staff were very understanding and accommodating when I was there.
