  I went to an ENT doctor yesterday he said I had nothing although I clearly sounded really sick he didn’t even prescribe any pain killer. 2 hours later my pain became worse and I went to the closest ER where the dr said I had fever and an infection in my ear and throat!! The 3 stars is for my experience with the pediatric department only

  5 stars for The Hospital but 1 star for the pharmacy, so average is 3. Hospital is not doubt one of the best private service in Riyadh but their pharmacy has always issues specially with Insurance Approvals. Update: Hospital has improved ita pharmacy very much, efficient quick and accurate. Back to 5stars.

  My experience was with pediatric and emergency department. Very professional, caring and friendly staff. The reception can do better but still better than other hospitals.

  It’s one of the best hospitals in this cities in terms of the facility. There are highly qualified doctors. There is no sufficient parking space.
