  Updated review based on recent interaction Unfortunately this place has no standards and has a complete disregard for punctuality! Despite insisting us to be there at 8pm sharp in Ramadan (right after iftar) the staff hadn't open the clinic till 8:10pm and expecting the appointment to be pushed out to 8:30pm (originally the end time of the appointment). :::Original review::: 1. Lack of customer service especially in the dental clinic - no one at the reception and doctors knowing that a patient is waiting continue to ignore you. Moreover no such thing as a digital file is used to ensure all follow ups are addressed 2. Elevator is always having issues 3. Decor of the place is not one of a clinic 4. Ipads provided don't work:(

  ناس نصابين دفعت ٣ آلاف عشان ليزر دويتو على مدح الدكتوره وانو مافي زيو والله ما استفدت ولا شي بعدين جابو جهاز جنتل ليزر وصارت تمدحو وتقول انو احسن من الدويتو ناس كذابه واخذت الفين زياده عشان تحولني وكل دي الجلسات من غير رتوش وبرضو ما استفدت شي

  سويت ليزر كربوني بخصم 50% لكن بعد بدا الجلسات اتضح لي ان جلسه تكون عاديه وجلسه خفيفه من ناحية قوة لسعات جهاز الليزر ! وهالشي ماوضحته الدكتوره
