  Best cappuccino 😍 and i recommend you try the double chocolate donut 😍 And the prices are reasonable Worst thing in it they dont have family section

  Regarding the branch in Palestine Road, Jeddah. The service is terribly bad. I was there yesterday (13th January, between 4:30 and 5:30 pm). The assistant doesn’t know his products - he couldn’t tell which coffee had mostly milk. Also, he is terribly condescending and rude - the threw the platter on the table and then throws the sugar at me. Moreover, no manager was available to whom I could complain, because the assistant was the only one on the premises. Then to put the cherry on top of it all, there was no service ratings cards or contact details regarding the services of the place. (A terrible reflection of poor management and customer service. ) I was terribly disturbed by this inhospitable, unpleasant personality of the of assistant, and the poor customer service strategies at this place. I strongly advise against patronizing Dunking donuts in Palestine street - Jeddah and I will definite never visit a Duncking Donut shop in Saudi.

  Nice dunkin branch, big and cozy. I love coming here because of the quiet nature of the place. The coffee is usually great (depending on the barista), but the donuts are finished early. Nice thing is having a separate smoking section. Toilets are clean as well.
