  مكان اليكترونيات وكهربائيات واثاث معروض بشكل بسيط ..أسعاره اجمالا غاليه ولايوجد مقارنة مع محلات أخرى كإكسترا و ساكو ... ذهبت قبل ستة أشهر لالقي نظرة على المحل ولكني لم اجد طلبي عنده وقال لي الموظف بان طلبي فقط موجود بالرياض ولا يوجد بجده وللاسف هذا الأمر سيء عدم وجود طلبك في حين ان المنتج الذي قمت بالبحث عنه موجود بموقعهم على الانترنت وعند ذهابي إليهم اخبروني بعدم وجود طلبي الا في الرياض وعموما الكهربائيات عنده اسعارها مبالغ فيها وغاليه جدا جدا ....... والخدمة متوسطه .....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Good store ..less stock when compared to one in dammam .. have some creative products which is rare in jeddah

  Very bad customer service. I reached many salesmen but none helped on time. They prioritise big customers only looking at appearance of the customers by their mode of dress. Helpful? Prices are so high as compared to competitors. Customer service is really bad, lazy staff. Parking is worst. The location is quite far from most stores that provide the same products and services that they do, so if you are up to a quick scan of options, you have to travel along distance. Place is well lit, but unlike the rest, you have to be the one to approach the salesman if you need help because they won't come and assist you even if you look like someone who needs help. Electronics shop and they also sell home furnishings. Limited choices and half baked staff! Unprofessional cashiers takes too long to complete the transaction!
