  Very Pathetic Hotel with Zero care of customer, they don't have feelings for any one, we in Ramadan having fast in 50"c temperature had given a dirtiest room with no AC working upon asking to change the room they have shifted us to other hotel and that hotel has also asked us to leave room we are sitting on roads with luggage even after paying more then £1500 for our 5 days stay. NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL !!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT AS A WORST EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE EVEN YOU GET IT FREE.

  Must've been a good hotel in its hay days. Now it's pretty beaten up. You can now also find hotels in greater proximity to the Haram.

  Good hotel, good rooms, no house keeping you need to ask for sheets to be changed other than that it's a very good deal and very close to Haram

  Worst Hotel I’ve ever been to. The location is in a great place, their service is real bad. Drilling sounds at 12 am, room service gives old towels as new, carpets dirty, couches horrible. They don’t care about the customer at all. They just do whatever the f*** they want. No one can do anything. DO NOT COME HERE. For the price you’re paying, you can find a different hotel that has much better quality in terms of Customer care and rooms.

  Very convenient location. Four to five minutes to the Ajyad gate. The accommodation was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our check in time was originally for 2pm but we arrived at 10.15am. We were asked to wait for one hour and by 11.30 we were in our room.
