  Negatives: Room services needs improving. Apparently you must call them every day to say you wish for your room to be cleaned. And even then they only come every other day if you keep chasing. No busses on Friday prayer. So be prepared for a very long walk. During Ramadan the shuttle service is not available and charged 6 SAR PER PERSON PER TRIP. Which can add up quickly Possitives Busses run very frequently and efficiently considering the crowd Ramadan buffet serves good food and gives good service. Soft drinks available for 5SAR. Lots of lifts

  Value for money with spacious room and location to get saptco buses in front, eating choices a bit limited

  A great place to stay if you are there for Umrah. Hotel ambience is superb and reception staff is very cooperative. Rooms are neat, clean and well arranged. Hot and cold water available 24/7. One must try atleast once. I am sure you will come to stay again.

  Good experince but they offered shuttle service which isn't free , it cost 3 sar in normal days while during ramadan it'll cost 6 sar per person. Rest is good, cleanliness, room service, dine in, all are satisfactory.

  Good time spent there. The food was delicious with lots of variety in iftaar. Staff was hospitable and its just 3 minutes bus ride to Haram.
