::I bought an elliptical machine from this store for 2,000. After installation I noticed the balance was off so I checked it and it turns out that it had a factory fault (the iron slot didn’t fit the iron beam), so I took a picture and went back to the store with the receipt and explained the situation, and the guy’s response was interrupting as if he knew he had sold me a faulty machine. He said that everything is checked before it leaves the store, so I told him then whoever’s responsibility it was to check it didn’t do their job.. He told me there is no refund after 24 hours, I told him this doesn’t apply to factory and installation faults.. but in the end he refused to take it back. The complaint numbers in the back of the cashier do not work. I don’t know what to do I’m out 2,000 and the machine is unbalanced so I can’t use it.
