  Very very rude and insulting staff every time they fight with u. Wash Rooms conditions are very very poor. Services very poor.

  Very Good location.... Great value for money.... Hotel has Haram view rooms also..... Friendly staff.....

  very very rude and insulting staff, they will literally fight with you, they will insult you, i witnessed a fight with my own eyes. going up/down through lifts is like impossible. though rooms are spacious and cool, washroom has cold water supply. place is near masjid nabavi.

  I am currently staying here. Very worst service, rude staff, illetrate and illmannered staff.. a big disappointment. Regretting to stay here. No room service available. Staff in the reception will not even listen to you. I will not reccomend to anyone
