  as a Canadian I was very disappointed with the pick-up passport service, I never heard that picking-up a passport requires an appointment. this document is very important and urgent, once is ready should be passed to the person as soon as possible. Also, they did not allow me to enter the embassy, they let the security guard to deal with my situation. No authentic service.
