  Employees are very helpful and they take special cases into consideration. However, some citizens sometimes want to be serviced according to their own terms! Yes, I agree that residents of Eastern Province should have a consular office in Dammam area to facilitate their life.

  Its not acceptable to dial an Embassy of a country more than 20 times in 10 Days and getting no answer!!!!! . Your are Kindly demanded to reply on Landline phone at least during the mentioned period on the Lebanese embassy site.

  A very bad experience as I visited them 3 times they asked me to change the contex in my employer letter to add word "tourism" and that I am responsible for all the tourism expenses, which I could not due to internal policy. I requested them to ignore this change but gentleman with beard at counter refused me to submit the documents said such cases have been rejected and my case will also be rejected. I had to cancel my air tickets and hotel reservation due to this requirement. I think such requirements should be reviewed for improvements.

  Very helpful, i had a problem renewing my passport and they fighted to get my passport and they did. Thank you so much Lebanese embassy team⚘
