  اسواء بنك على الاطلاق قاعد ساعتين عشان افتح حساب وفي الاخير يجلس واحد قدامي على رقمي قمه المهزله وقمه التسيب الموظفين كثر بس مافي دوامات كلهم سري مري فب البنك خربوا سمعه البنك صراحه

  كلمة بنك كبيرة عليه موظفين لاتجدهم فقط موظف واحد لخذمة اهل جدة كلها مواقف خارجية لا يوجد تحتاج لتقف مسافة بعيدة جداً لا انصح فيه تمام

  Very bad service .Their services are centralized in The head office in Riyadh ,so they can't help you or give you any information. only one staff for long queue of customers.

  Zero signage outside the building, long waiting time just to see the representative, no queuing system for customers.

  Super poor experience leasing cars from them. Very poor customer support. They asked me to go the their horrible building (in a poorly accessable area, far away from home and work) with no parking whatsoever to pickup the renewed insurance policy which could be easily mailed or emailed! This is the only "branch" in Jeddah which is a small office in an office building. They're good at payment reminder SMS. They send two of those way ahead of time. Never again! They are really screwing up the reputation of the excellent Emirates NBD in the UAE.
