::This branch, from the first time I came for remittance is really nerve breaking! Nonsense if you're a female, they'll let you wait for a long time and they are NOT very accommodating (DON'T ASK ANYTHING, YOU'LL ONLY LOOK STUPID IN THE END). Im only asking for the day's rate since my internet is not working --and so my question is not answered! If they don't want to be asked, put a poster of daily/weekly rate--like in Sulaymania branch. Also, I think their rate is low and not the same as compared with the other branches.. The last time I came here again, (just no other choice) after a long time of waiting, I end up leaving and went to other bank because when its my turn, the counter said "wait" and he went out, talk to someone and can't believe what I heard as they walked out, "they will eat first"..Take note, its working hours! (I'm like WHATTT??!)

::Very bad customer service. They don't need help new customers. No any guidance. If you want open a account, may be you should wait few hours. Don't go there around prayer times. If you want any service from enjaz, you want wait minimum one hour there.

::Hello I have visited enjaz Khalid Ibn Al Walid St, Ar Rawdah, Riyadh 13215 branch many times to send and receive money. Every ltime i have disappointed much. One long hair pakistani guy in the counter he asked my mobile to check the mtcn number and he thrown the phone on the counter table. One more old bold man he looks like expat only. He is not willing to speak even. Its time to send him home. He is always so angry and rude with every customer. I have been in many country and many banks. But i havent seen such a worst customer service ever. Next time i have palned to make a vedio and share in social media. I know this complaint doesnt make any sense. But as we are customers we will make it sense ontime.
