::الدكتورة استريلا سيئة جدا، كلمتني زبونة عندهم عشان أترجم لها و هي جايبة قطها المدعوس و حالته يرثى لها...كانت تصارخ طول الوقت و لا مرة هدت و انصدمنا! رفضت تعالج القط لانه بدا علاج في عيادة ثانية، قلت لها لا تعالجينه بس اكشفي عليه و عطينا رأيك في حالته نستفيد من رأي اخر و قالت لا — ليش أخذ منكم فلوس و هو باين انه خلاص! ما شفت بحياتي شخص كذا صراخ كاننا مسوين شي و البنت تترجى المساعدة..لا إنسانية و لا اُسلوب اعوذ بالله..لازم تلقون حل ! I’ve had the misfortune of speaking with Dr. Estrella Verdes— after a client called me to help translate what the doctor was shouting about (yes—shouting like a mad woman) After trying to make out what she was trying to say (due to her incoherent shouting) she stated that they are not allowed to treat a cat that has received prior treatment elsewhere—which is fine. However, we required only a check up and second opinion without treatment; she still refused and was shouting till the call ended. She was extremely unprofessional and inhuman towards a cat and their caretaker, refused to even give them a second opinion...I could hear shouting in the background the whole time I was on the phone with the poor lady that required assistance with her cat that was run over by a car and was clearly suffering. She even had the audacity to say he’s going to die so why should she charge for a checkup. Terrible terrible person. I hope the necessary measures are taken since this field is not a game. People and their pets could really get hurt from such mistreatment and dismissal behavior. A little kindness and consideration goes a long way, even if you can’t help!

::A friend of mine took her cat to be urgently treated after a car accident. She spoke to Dr. Estrella Verdes, who was extremely unprofessional and raised her voice. For a clinic that relies on the business of patrons this kind of treatment is inhumane and unacceptable. Refusing to help outright and saying that the cat will die without even attempting a check up is shocking! I hope that the management of the clinic will take serious disciplinary actions against this doctor who is anything but a healer!

::Worst clinic!! Na9abeennn!! All they want is money and they don’t care about animals what so ever. If I had a dying rat I wouldn’t even think of taking it to this disgusting clinic. ::one year ago they helped me with two little dogs i found in the middle of the dessert......4 weeks later i could take the dogs with me to Spain....Thanks a lot for their help with the passports, vaccinations and the chip...is good to know that it is possible to give a new life to a two little dogs from the dessert.
