::Hi Guys, I got a chance to visit this branch since I heard they are now Apple authorised service centres which I know through Twitter. Horrible experience customer service at its worst condition. No multilingual staff and I have to wait for the guy who was at service desk for more than 20 minutes probably he would have gone for passing time outside. I will never visit this branch again worst experience. Hope they could recruit some multi lingual staff for Customers with no knowledge of Arabic.

::Wide range of electronics, good offers, easy access since it’s on eastern ring road, place is a bit crowded in the weekends, parking space is hard to find during the weekends. Their customer service is very bad. Once you finalize the product, you have to search for one of their sales men, which again is very hard to find, even if u find one, they don’t respond you properly..

::Nice place, good prices in general but I bought a new tablet that i saw on their website that was 169 SAR but when i went to pick it up i found another price written and waiting for me was the polite employee who told me the real price was 209 SAR, i still don't know why!

::Extra is a very good chain of stores for electronics and home appliances. They have many branches and also provide delivery. Another great service is that you can order online and pick from store. Prices are good as well.

::A good else electronics store. BEST time for shopping is during Annual Mega Sale held in November which offers till 50% off on most of items. One can find famous brands televisions of different styles, resolution, sizes. Other electronics like Mobiles, shavers, vacuums, blenders, choppers, Refrigerators, microwaves, Cooking range, humidifiers, Fans, amir purifiers etc are also sold here.
