  A great hotel, 5 stars. I'd recommend it to anyone, we were a family of 4, very clean, great and fast room service inspite of the huge crowded hotel and friendly reception, delicious & varied breakfast buffet, a big mall in the same tower with all choices of shops & restaurants, plus it's very close to The Haram 5 min.to King Abdul Aziz's Gate. One thing could've been better, the waiting time for elavators maybe because of the big numbers of guests. Great stay, wished it was longer, definitly will repeat it.

  This Hotel should really be a 7 star hotel does not deserve to be only 5 star hotel the service cleanliness the staff breakfast and room everything was truly above expectations I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is not like any of them from every point this hotel experience is what you would see in a 7 star hotel for sure. My rating is based on the hotel itself besides being in front of Haram unbelievable...
