  Would not recommend this gym, at all. The actual space itself is well-equipped, but unfortunately this gym is overcrowded and very poorly managed. The instructors and admin staff are unprofessional and have major attitude issues. Management is not interested in making improvements or listening to customer concerns - no one answers the phone and there is always "nothing" that they can do about any issue you face. Closing time is advertised at 10 PM but instructors start asking people to leave and start turning off the lights an hour before that. Majority of instructors have no clue how to teach. للأسف مكان مناسب ولكن ادارة النادي سيئة جدا وغير مستعدة لمساعدة العملاء. همهم فقط الفلوس. المدربات يقفلون الأنوار قبل انتهاء الدوام بساعة ويحسسونك كانك أنت الغلط في كل شيء. ما أنصح فيه أبدااااا حرام فلوسكم تضيع عليه.

  The atmosphere needs to be improve. And adding a good relaxing lounge with free coffee. Customer service is really good. The classes’s musics and songs are the same and it haven’t been changed since “a loooooong time” which soooo boring 🤷🏻‍♀️

  wonderful place, professional staff , So clean ,well organized sometimes it gets crowded but overall I guess it's the best gym in Riyadh!!

  finally ! for ladies ! a dream coming true ! very clean and organized ... pool is large ... staff is friendly ... classes are fun and useful ... fees are excellent ... I shall keep on renewing my account forever !!!
