  Great facilities especially if you are visiting a new branch..if it's an older branch there will be slot of neglect quite visible. Still has all the makings of a great gym!

  Good gym they have billiard, table tennis, squash. WiFi service. Etc and all other stuffs that normal gym has. But the price is higher than others.

  - Clean training facility. - Place will be crowded after 5 Pm till 8 Pm, better to come in different times. - Coachs are not helpful, they have same advice for all regardless individual needs.

  The place is neat but the coaches are barely cooperative. No body to show you how to practice on the machines and if you don’t ask you will get no direction from anyone

  One my best places to beat some calories. Very clean. Professional staff. But it gets crawdad at night. But I'm okay with it. Keep it up folks. :)
