  not a very good experiance the elevators are so so bad , you may miss your praying in time due to the elevators irregular movements , the food was nice

  It’s my first time and last at this hotel. The only advantage is it’s very close to alharam. When I checked in after 12 there was a lot of dirt under the bed, when I called they said can we clean it tomorrow I said no way and they gave me difficult time so I tried calling the Duty manger and no one was there so I called the operator and he was nice and helpful. There was green mold around the sink and when I took a shower the water didn’t go down the drain, it took a while. There was a very bad smell coming out from the drain 24/7 and the exhaust fan was stopping every now and then. The next day in the morning we were sleeping and suddenly housekeeping kept knocking on the door and then opened the door, i opened my eyes scared, woke my husband up and he jumped and told them go away we didn’t ask for cleaning. I have a new born baby, I called the hotel and asked them if it’s allowed to take the stroller to haram, after asking several people they said yes, apparently strollers are not allowed. Finally, check out time is at 2, I was feeding my new born and suddenly at 1:54 there was a man knocking once at the door then he opened the door and I jumped told him please give me 15 minutes I’ll finish and leave he said ok but ur very late , 7 minutes after that different guy came , after almost 20 minutes I was ready to leave another guy came .. when it’s leaving time there are a lot of free people but when we want water, cleaning or changing the room they r very slow or not responding . Very bad experience thank u for giving me the worst experience :)

  Great hotel, situated within a 2 minute walk to gate 26 of masjid nabwi
