  There is no room service at all . When you ask for it , they will ignore .The staff are not cooperating . The beds are not comfortable .the Wi-Fi is almost not working . I just was all the time in Alharm . I spent just few hours in the room to take a bad shower .

  Very bad organisation at all ... not expert staff, and make working small children ( 16 years Old ) , and anybody listen when we complain ... Really I suggest you " Al mansour" just near hotel instead .
